This antique country Regency bow fronted chest of drawers is a lovely 19th century mahogany piece, dating to around 1810, with a simple country look and elegant Regency detail. The shaped bow front, classic boxwood stringing, and striking deer handles give it a smart period feel while still keeping the design relaxed and easy to live with.

It is a great mid-sized chest for a bedroom, hallway, guest room, or cottage interior where you want useful storage without overwhelming the room. The four drawers offer practical everyday space, while the straight top gives you plenty of room for a lamp, mirror, flowers, or decorative pieces. It would sit beautifully alongside farmhouse furniture, country furniture, and other antique pieces with warm, natural character.

The mahogany has a lovely aged colour, and the fine stringing detail running across the piece adds just the right amount of refinement. It has been restored and remains in good usable condition, with minor signs of wear in keeping with age and smooth sliding drawers.
