If you’re after a proper statement piece with real craftsmanship, this Antique Georgian mahogany bow front chest of drawers is the one. It’s a great, usable size with plenty of storage, and it has that lighter mahogany tone that only comes from natural ageing and years of careful use — the kind of patina you can’t fake.

The bow front shape gives it a softer, more elegant look in the room, while the fine stringing around the top adds a subtle “high-end” finish. Down at the base you’ve got the splayed feet and a lovely reeded edge detail that really shows the quality of the cabinetmaking. It works brilliantly in a cottage interior as a bedroom chest, hallway storage, or even as a standout piece in a dressing room.

Professionally restored, with minor signs of wear in keeping with age.
