A stunning example of Georgian country furniture, this antique mahogany chest of drawers captures everything that makes farmhouse pieces so timeless. Crafted circa 1780, it features a beautifully figured solid mahogany top and drawer fronts framed by delicate boxwood stringing. The craftsmanship throughout is exceptional — from the hand-cut dovetail joints to the bold OG bracket feet that give it an elegant stance typical of fine Georgian design.

Each of the drawers is fitted with its original brass swan neck handles and decorative backplates, paired with matching escutcheons that bring a refined sense of symmetry to the piece. The drawers run smoothly and provide generous storage, making it as practical as it is charming.

This low set of drawers has been professionally restored to preserve its rich patina while maintaining the depth of colour that only genuine period farmhouse furniture offers.
