Antique Georgian Pine Side Table With Drawer

Antique Georgian Pine Side Table With Drawer
£285.00

Dating from the late Georgian period, circa 1790s, this antique pine side table is a wonderfully versatile piece with warm colour, simple proportions and authentic farmhouse character. Its naturally aged pine surface gives the table an inviting appearance, while the single drawer and traditional brass fittings add both practicality and period detail.

Compact without feeling insubstantial, it could be used as an antique side table beside an armchair or sofa, a lamp table in a sitting room, or a small hall table beneath a mirror. Its understated design also makes it easy to place within farmhouse interiors, cottage homes and relaxed country schemes.

The single drawer provides useful storage for everyday items such as keys, chargers, reading glasses or stationery, helping to keep the surrounding space tidy. Its practical rectangular top offers room for a lamp, books, flowers or decorative objects, while its warm antique pine colour works particularly well alongside natural fabrics, painted furniture and traditional timber pieces.

Professionally restored and ready to use, the table remains in good antique condition, with minor signs of age and wear that are consistent with a piece of this period. These gentle variations contribute to its genuine character rather than detracting from its appearance. It is a practical and appealing piece of antique furniture that can continue to be enjoyed in everyday use.
